| 1) Look at your storage space and get a mental picture of just how you want
to store your items. |
| 2)
While loading the truck with the items you are going to store. Remember to
load the items you want at the rear of your unit last. Loading items you
may need to get to often first into the truck. So when you unload the
truck into your storage unit. Those items you may need to get to often are
at the front. |
| 3) Make
a inventory of the items you are storing as you place the items into your
storage unit. After you have everything you want into the storage unit.
Take a picture of the storage unit for your records. |
| 4) Caution : Do
not store anything combustible ( i.e., paint, paint thinner, gasoline,
solvents etc. ). Our Rules and Regulations prohibit the storage of these
items. |
| 5) Always try and
use the same size of boxes for easy stacking. |
| 6) Always stack
lighter boxes on top of heavier boxes. |
| 7) All breakable
items should be wrapped in paper or cloth and packed in a sturdy boxes. |
| 8) Pictures and
Mirrors should be wrapped in mirror boxes or covered with blankets marked
" Fragile " and stacked on end. |
| 9) Furniture with
drawers should be utilized as storage space. |
| 10) Sofas and
Loveseats should be stored on end to save floor space. Always place a
protective cover over and under furniture. |
| 11) Cover all
furniture to protect from dust. |
| 12) Do Not Store
Food of any kind, ( dry, can, perishable, etc. ). Our Rules and
Regulations prohibit the storing of these items. |
